Get help with your Desk

Tell your staff what you need. If you need help getting in, contact Andrew at andrew@ndai.pro.

Connect an account

Ask your staff to use or connect the service. They will guide you through its sign-in. To add another account, say that you want another account. Sign in on the provider's page or the private form. Keep passwords and verification codes out of chat.

Sign in to your Desk

Open The Desk in your browser. Use the invitation from your business. An existing iPhone or iPad app can also use the pairing link from your Desk. Tell us the device, the service and the error shown if something goes wrong. Send no passwords, access passes or sensitive business files.

Your data

For access, correction, export or deletion, contact your business administrator or email a privacy request. Read how The Desk handles your information.
